drones in the aec industry

Magic Eye was born out of our founder’s use of drones while working in the architecture industry, making our team uniquely qualified to document, assess and inspect project sites large and small. When you work with Magic Eye, we have an understanding of what AEC professionals are looking for in the services we provide.

We have provided services from initial site assessment to final marketing photography of completed projects, and we have experience providing imagery to project owners, architects, and contractors that serves the unique interests of each party. We are also on hand for real estate drone photography, as we understand the importance of showcasing properties for real estate agents.

construction progression reporting

A valuable service for project owners, architects, and contractors alike, our construction progression reporting provides accurate imaging tracking projects’ advancement over time. Through tools such as video time lapses, aerial imagery and data collection, and site mapping/modeling, you can have an enhanced understanding of how your project is evolving in real time. We can provide more accurate and up to date information than traditional satellite imagery allows for. This service can be of particular value for teams that are not based near project sites to provide regular updates to design teams, owners, and investors, reducing the cost of frequent site visits.

Every project of this nature is one of a kind, so we will work with you to determine the interval of data collection, what tools are most of value to your project, and how to deliver site information that works best for your application. This is a service that is evolving as technology improves and as we expand our services, so please reach out with any question regarding how this service can work for your team.
